Conducted environmental scans of macro trends in the mental health field to guide policy recommendations and the organization’s legislative advocacy agenda. Wrote several issue briefs which were shared with leaders in the Massachusetts state legislature and nonprofit organizations to guide legislative priorities. Designed and implemented the communication strategy for the organization to efficiently utilize web, social media, email, and print to serve as a content expert and trusted resource on mental health in Massachusetts.

Served as project manager for team of 5 analysts to report weekly progress to Contract Manager. Led meetings, presented team work to Medicare client monthly, and served as a main point of contact for client to communicate with our team. Contributed to successful business development proposals to grow the firm’s healthcare programs services.

Duty First Consulting | Senior Management Analyst | Vienna, VA | July 2016-August 2017

Redesigned the Medicare Shared Savings Program’s website and monitored the site through Google Analytics to improve website traffic and utilization of resources. Conducted qualitative interviews with health system executives, analyzed findings, and presented actionable recommendations to clients to improve health system employees’ experience with the program. Designed and implemented a branding strategy for the program and created public-facing program materials.
